Host an intimate seminar in the light-filled Boardroom, or a seated convention in the Ballroom, which can be broken out into three distinct spaces. All of our venues offer complimentary high-speed Internet access, and audiovisual equipment is available on request. Group Rates
We offer affordable rates on hotel room blocks for groups, and our team would be delighted to help you plan an off-site team building exercise or excursion during your stay. Best of all, once your meeting is over, you and your colleagues are well placed to explore San Antonio; in addition to being steps from the Riverwalk and a 15-minute walk from the convention center, we offer easy access to attractions including the Alamo, San Fernando Cathedral and Tower of the Americas (to name just a few).
Ballroom
The 2,349-square-foot Ballroom is our hotel’s largest venue. It can seat 160 guests in theater format, or 136 for a seated gala. The Ballroom includes a stage and a speaker system and can be divided into three separate rooms for breakout meetings for smaller functions.

Meeting Room A
Measuring 1,161 square feet, this flexible space is the largest of the Ballroom breakout venues. It includes a stage and can accommodate up to 70 guests.
Meeting Room B
This venue is 594 square feet, and can seat as many as 50 guests.
Meeting Room C
This venue is 594 square feet, and can seat as many as 50 guests.
